BREAKING: Canada/EU/UK Prepare For War As Trump’s Orders Greenland Invasion Plan
NATO warships mobilizing against America. And a U.S. military being told to ignore illegal orders. Here. We. Go.
January, 11, 2025
Donald Trump didn’t whisper it.
He didn’t hint at it.
He didn’t walk it back.
He said it out loud.
Greenland can be taken “the easy way or the hard way.”
The easy way, Trump explained, is for Denmark and the European Union to bless the transfer of Greenland to the United States. The hard way is implied — and now confirmed — by reports that the Pentagon has been ordered to draw up invasion plans.
This is no longer deranged rhetoric.
This is operational.
And if this continues, it will trigger the most catastrophic NATO crisis since the alliance was founded — possibly its end.
This Isn’t About Greenland. It Never Was.
Greenland is not the prize.
It’s the platform.
Trump’s pitch — increasingly explicit — is the creation of the world’s first fully autonomous “Freedom City”: a lawless, hyper-capitalized city-state carved into a mile-thick sheet of Arctic ice.
No courts.
No labor law.
No elections.
No environmental regulation.
No democratic oversight.
Just capital, compute, and control.
The city Trump has promised would host massive AI data centers, extracting unlimited water and energy from Greenland’s ice to power the next generation of artificial intelligence systems — systems explicitly designed to control:
Global surveillance
Food and supply chain logistics
Military response modeling
Population tracking
Predictive policing and migration control
This is not speculative futurism. This is the Praxis worldview: the belief that democratic nation-states are obsolete and should be replaced by privately governed techno-enclaves run by capital. Here’s what Theils rendering of this “Praxis Freedom City looks like:
Trump has offered Greenland as the down payment in return for the BILLIONS they handed ver to get him re-elected.
The Deal: Disinformation for Territory
The political bargain is now painfully clear.
In exchange for billions of dollars in:
Platform manipulation
AI-driven propaganda
Election destabilization
Disinformation infrastructure
Trump promised the Tech Right what they’ve always wanted: sovereign territory without law.
The beneficiaries are not subtle.
Figures associated with the techno-authoritarian right — including circles around Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and Jeff Bezos — have openly discussed post-democratic governance, “exit” from nation-states, and privately administered cities.
Greenland isn’t a land grab.
It’s an AI sovereignty grab with massive energy and rare earth opportunies for Trump’s rbber baron oligarchs and yes, the Trump Crime Family. It also gives Trump’s America access to the arctic and larger ownership stake re shipping channels desperately needed by the US, Russia and China.
Two birds. One giant military stone.
Why Greenland Matters Legally — And Why This Breaks NATO
Here is the fact Trump cannot wish away:
Greenland is part of Denmark.
Denmark is a NATO member.
That makes Greenland NATO territory.
Any military action against Greenland is, by definition, an attack on a NATO ally — triggering Article 5, the collective defense clause.
Article 5 is not optional.
It is not symbolic.
It is binding.
Which means this scenario — now unfolding — is unprecedented:
NATO preparing to defend itself against the United States.
There is no version of this where the alliance survives intact.
If NATO invokes Article 5 because of American aggression, the alliance collapses. If it doesn’t, it ceases to exist in any meaningful way.
That is why Europe is acting — now.
Denmark’s ownership of Greenland grows back 1200 years. 1200. That’s ancient sovereignty.
Here’s quick history lesson:
The Ice Is Militarizing: Europe Moves First
In response to Trump’s threats and Pentagon planning, Europe has begun a coordinated military buildup in Greenland.
Germany has announced deployment of warships and Arctic-trained forces
Reinforcements are arriving from:
France
United Kingdom
Canada
Baltic states and EU partners
Command coordination is being established by the UK, Canada, and France.
Read that again.
America’s allies are positioning forces to defend themselves from America.
That has never happened before.
Congress Revolts: “These Orders Are Illegal”
The most damning development isn’t overseas.
It’s in Washington.
Representative Ted Lieu has publicly warned that any order to invade Greenland or Canada is illegal and unlawful and must be ignored by the U.S. military.
He is not alone.
Former and current senior military officers — many of whom have served in NATO command roles — are now openly signaling that they will not follow unlawful orders.
This is extraordinary.
Civilian control of the military is foundational to democracy. But that control ends when orders violate domestic and international law.
Trump is testing whether the U.S. military will become an imperial enforcement arm — or remain a constitutional institution.
Europe’s Red Line: Expel the Americans
European patience has snapped.
Italy’s prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, has openly discussed expelling U.S. forces from European bases if Trump proceeds.
Her dark quip — that Italy would invade McDonald’s before surrendering sovereignty — masked something far more serious:
Europe is actively planning for a future without American military presence.
That is not leverage.
That is rupture.
U.S. global power depends on European basing. Lose that, and America’s imperial reach collapses overnight.
Trump’s Team vs. the Pentagon
This crisis is not being driven by professionals.
It is being driven by incompetence and ideology.
Civilian leadership figures like Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio are openly distrusted by military leadership — viewed as reckless, underqualified, and politically captured.
The Pentagon understands what Trump’s inner circle does not:
You cannot threaten NATO without destroying NATO
You cannot seize Greenland without collapsing the alliance
You cannot win a war against every ally you have
This is not strategy.
It is suicide. And Adam Kinzinger agrees:
Two Endgames — Both Terrifying
There are only two plausible outcomes.
Scenario One: War
NATO fractures
Global markets collapse
AI and surveillance infrastructure weaponized
Democratic norms disintegrate
Scenario Two: Refusal
The U.S. military refuses orders
Trump is publicly isolated
Executive authority shatters
America enters constitutional free fall
Neither outcome is safe.
The dark horse outcome at this point? This is all sabre rattling and rhetoric.
But only one preserves democracy.
Conclusion: Greenland Is the Line
This is not American leadership.
It is extortion backed by threat of force.
A president offering sovereign NATO territory to tech oligarchs in exchange for propaganda money is not governing — he is running a protection racket.
Greenland is the test case.
If this stands, nothing is off limits.
Empires don’t fall with fireworks.
They fall when their allies show up armed — not to follow them, but to stop them.
Like former Danish intelligence officer/Un Security council member Jacob Kaarsbo said in last weeks ‘Intel Briefing”, the first 1000 US soldiers will come home in body bags.
And rightfully so.
Something the US military should consider when Trump gives that order.

If this happens, we'll be in a regional war, if not WW III. The military must refuse these orders or lots of innocent people will die over Trump's ego.
