BREAKING: Did Trump Lean on Bibi to Stall Biden’s Gaza Deal so HE Could Profit From/Take Credit For "Peace in the Middle East"?
A ceasefire, a victory lap, and a lurking “Gaza Riviera” business plan—was peace timed for politics and profit?
October 14, 2025
It sure looks like it, according to NPR’s reporting LAST YEAR:
“Don’t cut a deal with Biden”
TL;DR
Trump is touring the region, bathing in “peacemaker” glow.
But Biden’s 2024 framework looks an awful lot like what just got signed. Add the allegation in your NPR clip that Trumpworld told Netanyahu not to finalize anything under Biden, and the timing suddenly smells like choreography.
Meanwhile, a leaked Gaza “redevelopment” prospectus—the GREAT Trust—reads less like humanitarian relief and more like a real-estate play.
And here’s the gut-punch: roughly 20,000 Gazans were killed during Trump’s tenure up to this ceasefire week.
The Photo-Op Peace
We got a ceasefire and a mass exchange: hostages home to Israel; thousands of Palestinian detainees released. Streets were jammed with families sobbing and singing. That matters.
Trump called it a “new era,” took a bow in Sharm el-Sheikh, and floated a 20-point plan, while dodging a clear two-state commitment. That also matters.
Netanyahu played the part—praise the peacemaker, shrug at the details, keep the coalition intact—and kept just enough distance to deny ownership if it all goes sideways.
Why it matters: Ending the shooting is good. But we’ve seen this movie: declarations first, implementation never. The plan lacks teeth on borders, governance, and a real pathway to Palestinian political rights. Without those, “peace” is just a pause. What makes matters worse?
Biden had the ECACT same deal in place over a year ago, nd Trump/Netanyahu agreed to PROLONG the suffering so that TRUMP could take credit for ushering in “Peace in the Middle East”.
The Allegation: “Don’t Cut a Deal with Biden”
What’s in your clip: Trumpworld allegedly urged Netanyahu not to clinch Biden’s near-identical framework in late 2024/early 2025—so Trump could later collect the credit.
What’s publicly visible: Biden’s team rolled out the core ceasefire-hostage blueprint in mid-2024. Netanyahu hemmed, hawed, and zig-zagged for months. Fast-forward to fall 2025: the same structure reappears with Trump at the center and a stronger squeeze on all sides. Suddenly, the champagne pops.
If the allegation holds, that’s manufactured optics—not diplomacy. It suggests the war slogged on, with catastrophic human costs, in part so one guy could stand under better lighting when the signatures dried.
The body count almost doubled in that time.
Death, Then “Peace”: The Body-Count Delta Under Trump
Palestinians killed in Gaza: As of Jan 22, 2025, cumulative deaths since Oct 7, 2023 stood at ~47,161. By Oct 7, 2025, that cumulative number reached ~67,173.
Delta during Trump’s tenure to ceasefire week: ≈ 20,000 more dead.Israelis killed: Total Israeli deaths since Oct 7, 2023 are around ~1,665, including ~466 IDF. That includes ~50–60 additional IDF deaths during 2025 before the ceasefire week.
The campaign didn’t quietly taper into a truce; it accelerated, then staged a finish. If you’re going to claim peacemaking, you own the months of escalated death that preceded your photo-op.
The Business Plan No One Voted For
The GREAT Trust: A leaked 30-plus-page prospectus envisions a long U.S.-steered trusteeship in Gaza, a “Riviera of the Middle East,” huge outside capital, digital tokens for property claims, and “voluntary” relocation baked between the lines.
Who’s allegedly orbiting it: Familiar Trump-world real-estate names, shadow envoys, consultants, and Israeli business figures—some acknowledged, some denied, some “no comment.”
The core critique: It reads like profit before people—redevelopment without democratic consent, potentially normalizing displacement while Gaza is still counting its dead
If Netanyahu’s circle and Trump’s circle are politically synchronized—and a lucrative rebuild vehicle is warming up in the background—you’ve got a conflict-of-interest minefield on top of a humanitarian one and the bones of about 100k people who watched their culture disappear for condos and shopping malls.
Biden’s Blueprint vs. Trump’s Declaration: Same Bones, New Branding
Biden’s 2024 plan: Three-phase ceasefire, hostages for detainees, phased Israeli withdrawal, aid surge, pathway to governance discussions. The U.N. blessed the outline.
Trump’s 2025 plan: A near-match on the moving pieces—hostages, detainees, staged drawdown—delivered with big-room pageantry, no clear two-state commitment, and vague governance mechanics that outsiders, not Gazans, would heavily shape.
In this town, delivery counts. But if you deliver someone else’s package six months late and claim you invented shipping, people notice. Biden rolled out a workable framework in 2024; Netanyahu resisted; the same bones reappeared in 2025, with Trump headlining; ceasefire/hostage exchange executed with global backing.
By the Numbers (Jan 20 → Oct 7, 2025)
Gaza: ~20,000 additional Palestinians killed during Trump’s tenure up to this ceasefire week.
Israel: ~57 additional IDF deaths in 2025 before the ceasefire week; total Israelis killed since Oct 7, 2023 ≈ 1,665.
Kicker
This is staged peace—a war extended for a better camera angle—while a real-estate-first rebuild quietly set the table. The indictment is still brutal: the “peacemaker” arrived after making sure peace was impossible unless he was involved, and another ~20,000 Gazans were added to the roll of the dead because, optics baby.
Much like the Migrant Crisis, Trump chose to prolong human suffering and tragedy so that HE could be the one who took credit for it.
The thing that REALLY perplexes me, though? How obsessed he is with looking like a peacemaker abroad while he’s going to war with Americans at home. I guess it’s like that abusive parent who pretends to be that all-American Mom/Dad in public until the door to their house and the drapes close.

Well, just, holy shit! Every time I’m suspicious of what that evil fk is doing, it turns out 1000 times worse and deeper than anyone could imagine.
OMG! This is great - I was thinking, am I the only one who thinks this peace "deal" and rollout is BS? Have I become crazy paranoid??
Then I hear someone on BBC this am who says, this is not a peace deal. There are no plans. There are not even plans for what happens over the next couple of days.
And I then hear on BBC that the IDF shot and killed a handful of Palestinians because they were getting too close to the ceasefire line and did not appear to be stopping.
And I read this and think, no, I am not paranoid.
Bibi is going to get what he wants - Israeli occupation of Gaza. And Trump and family will get their real estate deals.
Thank you Dean! I totally agree with you that this was for optics to feed Trump's ravenous ego.
And really - Blinken v Witkoff/Kushner?!?! I believe that Blinken with his credentials was behind the agreement, not the drooling real estate con men.
