ICE Isn’t Recruiting Cops for Law Enforcement. They're Collecting Violent Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, J6rs, To Carry Out an "Ethnic Cleansing" of Trump's America
This isn’t immigration enforcement. It’s ideological recruitment.
January 13, 2025
Senator Mark Warner went on CNBC and dropped a detail that should have set off klaxons across Washington.
ICE training has been cut from roughly six months to 47 days.
Forty-seven.
Why 47?
Because Donald Trump is the 47th president. AND, Trump needs to speed up the ethnic cleansing of America.
That isn’t a bureaucratic coincidence. That’s branding. And once you understand that this administration thinks in slogans, numbers, and loyalty signals, the rest of the story snaps into focus.
Because this isn’t just about slashed training standards.
It’s about who they’re trying to attract — and how they’re speaking to them.
Lower the Standards, Widen the Net
ICE used to train agents for months. Legal thresholds. Constitutional limits. Language skills. De-escalation.
Now?
Training compressed into weeks
Spanish language instruction slashed
Recruits entering training without background checks/criminal or psychological vetting
Half of the successful candidates failed an open-book exam and basic fitness benchmarks (DHS officials now just require these fat racist f**** to attest that they can run a mile).
That’s not modernization. That’s intentional dilution.
And when you dilute standards while massively increasing pay, authority, and symbolic power, you don’t just get more applicants.
You get different applicants. Dumb, overweight, violent racists, mostly.
Where the Extremists Went
After January 6, membership in groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers collapsed.
Not ideologically — structurally (Proud Boys recruitment was down 80%. Oath Keepers? Around 85%).
Trials. Convictions. Asset seizures. Civil judgments. Internal fractures. The street-level movement became expensive and risky.
So the movement adapted.
Extremism didn’t disappear.
Trump professionalized it, gave them badges, and granted them immunity.
And suddenly, ICE is offering:
Federal authority
Weapons
Overtime
Six-figure earning potential
Weak vetting
Political cover
Immunity to beat migrants and people of color
That’s not just a job posting.
That’s a landing pad and an army of violent racists who only answer to one man:
Now Look at the Language
On January 9, the official account for the Department of Homeland Security posted:
“We’ll have our home again.”
Join ICE.
Nearly 7 million views.
That phrase didn’t come from nowhere.
It’s the refrain of a song popularized online by the Pine Tree Riots — a folk-style anthem that has been widely adopted in contemporary white-nationalist spaces. The song’s chorus speaks of blood, loss, being “foreigners in our own towns,” and inevitable violence.
There is no evidence the phrase originates with the KKK — and that matters.
But its modern usage inside white-nationalist online ecosystems is well documented.
You don’t need historical purity to understand modern signaling. You just need to know who recognizes it.
And they did.
It Doesn’t Stop There
Two days later, the U.S. Department of Labor posted:
“One Homeland. One People. One Heritage.”
Over 10 million views.
Historians immediately clocked it.
That phrasing is unmistakably evocative of Adolf Hitler’s slogan:
“Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer”
(One People, One Realm, One Leader)
Is it a word-for-word translation? No.
Is that the point? Also no.
Authoritarian propaganda doesn’t copy — it rhymes.
British historian Adam Tooze publicly flagged the phrase as something instantly recognizable inside modern white-nationalist “Männerbund” culture — male-bonded, grievance-driven movements obsessed with ethnic destiny and state power.
This is not accidental phrasing.
This is racist heritage signaling. Carbon Copied from the NAZI’S.
And Then Came the Lectern
When Kristi Noem appeared at a recruitment press conference, the slogan attached to the lectern read:
“One of ours, all of yours.”
That phrase is historically linked to Nazi collective-punishment propaganda following the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich — used to justify mass reprisals against civilians.
Again: a literal citation.
Propaganda doesn’t require footnotes. It requires recognition.
And recognition is exactly what this messaging is engineered to trigger.
Why This Works
If you are a virulently racist, grievance-soaked extremist looking for:
Legitimacy
A paycheck
Authority
And immunity
You don’t need to be told explicitly that ICE is for you.
You just need the language.
The numbers.
The symbols.
The slogans.
The lowered barriers.
The message is: We see you.
This Is How Extremism/White Nationalists and Literal NAZI’s Enters Institutions
Not through uniforms with armbands.
Through:
Slashed training
Weak oversight
Inflamed rhetoric
Patriotic aesthetic
And recruitment copy that “accidentally” mirrors the lexicon of ethno-nationalism
This isn’t immigration enforcement anymore.
It’s ideological filtration.
And it’s happening in plain sight.
Final Word
People keep asking where the Proud Boys went.
Some went to prison (before Trump pardoned them ALL to create ICE).
Some went broke.
Some went quiet.
And some found something better than a street fight.
They found a badge, a slogan, a paycheck — and a federal agency speaking their language.
If that doesn’t alarm you, you don’t understand history.
And if you do understand history?
You’ve seen this movie before.

This is truly horrifying and how do we stop it. There must be some decent rep in the congress both senate and house. We have to do something before the midterms. more people are going to be executed by these brown shirts...
