Musk vs. Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill" Feud Ends In Humiliation For Musk. Again.
Elon just surrendered to Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill" threats for a second time...
July 3, 2025
It’s the kind of political soap opera you’d expect from a reality TV star and a billionaire with a god complex. And yet, here we are – again – watching Elon Musk bow, scrape, and publicly eat s*** after picking a fight with Donald Trump and losing. Again.
🚨Elon Musk vs Donald Trump: The Thermonuclear Feud That Could Blow Up MAGA For Good
What happens when the richest man in the world turns on the most powerful man in America? The latest blow-up? The “One Big Beautiful Bill” – a $5 trillion omnibus monstrosity that slashed EV subsidies, nuked climate incentives, and jacked up the debt ceiling in the name of MAGA authoritarianism. Musk tried to fight it. He flailed. He raged. He threatened to primary Trump’s allies and launch a new political party.
And then he folded like a Cybertruck sale in 2025
Let’s rewind the humiliation tape.
Bromance Beginnings – The Musk-Trump Alliance That Was
Musk wasn’t always on the outs with Trump. In fact, just nine months ago, he was grinning ear-to-ear next to the former (and now current) president at MAGA rallies, hyping up Trump’s “efficiency agenda” and jokingly referring to himself as Trump’s “First Buddy.”
He wasn’t joking. Musk sank $300 million into GOP races in 2024 and took a senior role in the Trump 2.0 administration – as head of the “Department of Government Efficiency,” hilariously acronym’d as DOGE.
Tesla stock soared. Trump beamed. And the bromance was born.
But here’s the rub: Musk’s empire runs on government cheese. EV subsidies, green energy tax breaks, NASA contracts – the works. And Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”? It was designed to torch all of that, and either someone didn’t tell Elon, or he was too busy offering flight attendants horses for sexual favours.
Trouble in Subsidy Paradise
In June, Trump unveiled his MAGA mega-bill, and Musk finally read the fine print. It killed the $7,500 EV tax credit, repealed emissions standards, gutted green energy programs, and threatened the very federal contracts that bankroll SpaceX.
Musk lost it. He resigned his White House gig in a huff and blasted the bill on X, calling it a “pork-filled nightmare” that would “drive America into debt slavery.”
But the tantrum didn’t end there.
From Allies to Enemies – Musk’s MAGA Meltdown
By mid-June, Musk again escalated. He wasn’t just mad – he was vengeful.
He threatened to primary every Republican who voted for the bill.
He teased launching a new “America Party” to take on MAGA.
He even floated impeaching Trump, then deleted the post.
And the low blow? Musk posted (and deleted) a tweet claiming Trump’s name appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s files.
That wasn’t just a policy spat. That was a political nuclear war.
Trump responded with classic Trumpism: insult, threaten, dominate.
Trump Goes Nuclear – “Cut Him Off and Send Him Home!”
Trump fired back hard.
In a furious July 1 press conference, he mocked Musk as “ungrateful” and “deranged,” accused him of caring only about Tesla subsidies, and threatened to cancel every government contract and subsidy tied to Musk’s empire.
BREAKING: Trump Threatens to Deport Elon Musk
Well, this escalated quickly. *CANADA DAY (WEEK) FLASH SALE! Canada turns 158 this week, and we’re celebrating ALL WEEK LONG! Get 50% off annual subscriptions and unlimited access for life, HERE.
And then came the Trump-style hammer drop:
“Maybe he goes back to South Africa. We don’t need him here.”
Not even subtle. A sitting U.S. president threatening to effectively deport a critic – a naturalized citizen – over dissent. That’s not just vindictive. That’s banana republic stuff.
Trump’s allies piled on. Memes, insults, boycott calls against Tesla – even mockery of SpaceX’s Falcon failures. The MAGA machine was in full punishment mode.
Musk Bends the Knee (Again)
Last time? Less than 72 hours later, Musk blinked. Hard.
“I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week. They went too far,” Musk posted sheepishly on X.
The Epstein tweet? Deleted. The impeachment talk? Memory-holed. The new political party? Not a word.
In private, aides from JD Vance to David Sacks reportedly told Musk to back down before Trump “shut off the taps.” Contracts, subsidies, market panic – it all added up.
Trump accepted the apology like a mafia don:
“These things happen. I don’t hold it against him.”
Translation: “Good dog.”
This time? Same thing. Elon ate shit yesterday.
Trump threatened to send him “back to South Africa,” then threatened his funding, and Elon ROLLED OVER. Again.
The Fallout – Who’s the Real Loser?
ELON. 100. Again.
Musk – the man who bankrolled Trump, empowered MAGA, and helped sell American democracy to the lowest bidder – is now whining because the authoritarian he propped up acted like an authoritarian.
Even Tesla investors are roasting him. Hashtag #ElonMush trended for two days. Publicly, he’s a joke. Privately, his power is clearly checked. No new party. No primaries. No fight left.
TRUMP’S PLAYBOOK: STRONGMAN MODE
The President used the full weight of the U.S. government to punish a dissenter. He mocked, threatened, and coerced – and it worked.
This wasn’t just about Musk. It was a warning to every CEO, donor, or ally: Cross Trump, and you get crushed.
Ego, Empire, and the Cost of Playing With Tyrants
This is now the third time Elon Musk has talked tough and then caved to Donald Trump.
In 2022, he called Trump too old and divisive… then quietly backed his campaign.
In June 2025, he raged against Trump’s bill… then deleted his tweets.
Now, with Trump’s threats hanging over Tesla and SpaceX, he’s backpedaled into line – again.
This is just embarrassing for Elon at this point. Because Musk isn’t just a billionaire – he controls the satellite infrastructure the military uses. He controls global communications pipelines. And he’s shown, time and again, that when faced with real power, he folds.
That should scare everyone. Where’s THIS guy when you need him?
Eating Trump’s boot. That’s where.
?
I want to say they are children but that’s an insult to children, most of whom are innately more mature than this crowd.
TRUMP has waged war without the authorization of Congress.
He has used his office to enrich himself and corrupt commerce.
He has attempted to quash states’ laws and practices (e.g., California’s air quality standards, sanctuary cities’ prohibitions on cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
He has attempted to quash states’ laws and practices (e.g., California’s air quality standards, sanctuary cities’ prohibitions on cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
He has threatened the free press.
He has weaponized the administration of justice against his enemies and released felons who staged an insurrection.
He has installed incompetent, ignorant, and morally compromised people in high office.
He has vowed to strip He has attempted to usurp the power of the purse.
He has attempted to usurp the power. We can remind them that generations of Americans have pledged their Lives, Fortunes and sacred Honor for the right to live as free citizens, not helpless subjects of a mad king. And we might then enlist them in the immense task of peacefully recapturing our democracy and reforming all branches of government. Then we might be worthy of the greatest inheritance one might receive: the privilege of being a free people in a country capable of transcending its faults.
I hope you have a meaningful, inspiring, and joyful Fourth of July! .......elliott!
