Russia’s Child-Trafficking “Catalog” Of Kidnapped Ukrainian Children Is a War Crime With a User Interface

Kremlin-occupied Luhansk is openly sorting abducted Ukrainian kids by eye color, hair color, and “personality” for Russian families

Occupation authorities in Luhansk have launched an online, searchable database of kidnapped Ukrainian children—nearly 300 minors—marketed as “orphans” and offered for adoption to Russian families.

You can filter by age, hair, eye color, and even “obedient” vs. “active” personality types. Human rights groups are calling it digital child trafficking. Because that’s precisely what this is.

This isn’t a glitch in a warzone bureaucracy—it’s part of a documented, state-run deportation and identity erasure program. The ICC has already issued arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin and his children’s commissioner, Maria Lvova-Belova, for the unlawful deportation of Ukrainian children. This website is practically Exhibit A.

The receipts:

• ~294 abducted kids listed online with photos and personal data—no masking, no privacy.

• Forged Russian documents and false “orphan” status sever ties to surviving Ukrainian relatives.

• The database is searchable like an e-commerce site for humans.

• 20,000+ children have been deported, according to Ukraine’s “Bring Kids Back UA” program—most will never be returned without massive intervention.

Why it matters:

The Fourth Geneva Convention explicitly forbids the forcible transfer of children from occupied territory.
This is not “adoption.” This is demographic warfare/child trafficking with a search filter.

What happens now:

The Luhansk catalog proves what Ukraine and investigators have been saying since 2022: Russia isn’t just stealing children—they’re marketing them. Selling them and, in some cases, disappearing them altogether to be used for far more nefarious purposes, including organ donation and sex trafficking.

Last week, during a Ukraine/Russia prisoner swap, Ukrainian officials gave Russia a list of close to 20k names of Ukrainian children. Zelensky has always said there will be no peace deal until the kids are home, in Ukraine with their families. This week, he reiterated that as part of his response to Trump/Putin’s alleged ceasefire proposal. No kids, no deal.

What amazes me about this story is how no one wants to include the kidnapping of 20 children as part of the ongoing invasion and genocide of the Ukrainian people. We talk more about every other shitty, pointless aspect of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but somehow the theft of 20k Ukrainian children (and now the trafficking of at least 300) gets a pass. The Trump Regime hasn’t mentioned it once because they’re busy protecting Donald Trump and his pedo pals from the Epstein Files.

Trump’s reward? A meeting this week in Alaska with the barbaric, child trafficking, genocidal terrorist dictator while Ukrainian families are desperately trying to find their children.
