“There is a remarkably simple act Trump could take to begin restoring trust:

Release the Epstein files.”

At this point, would that matter? Even if the Epstein files included undeniable videos showing the current accusations / suspicions as well as videos of him with young boys and sheep, would that matter?

The rules of civilization do not apply to evil.

And don’t forget/ignore the Jack Smith testimony that has to be second behind Epstein!

True Americans (i.e. not the brainless MAGA-zombies that constitute pedo-potus base) need to do their part, even if many don’t feel responsible because they didn’t vote for him, it is their responsibility as a nation…. (The Epstein files are his kryptonite and give the key to impeach him). Keep demanding Congress the full extent of the Epstein files released. Now.

I know many could not care less about the world around them, then they should do it for their own Freedom.

I’m happy Canada is working with other nations. They’ll be stronger for it. It’s unfortunate for us Americans, as we are ones who are losing in the end. But, tbh Dean, this regime doesn’t care one iota if we lose billions from Canada. Trump will look to sell their F-35’s or anything else to Israel, Saudi or even Qatar! He just doesn’t give a rats ass.. and we will be weaker bc of him.

Agolf Shitler has taken the United States, once the most powerful and the most admired country on the planet, and turned it into a pariah, a rogue, an outcast. A classless, tasteless, vulgar, petty, vindictive, insane, pedophilic criminal moron did this. That's who Agolf Shitler is. He has broken faith with not only us Americans, but with entire world as well. Trust, once lost, is very, very, very difficult to get back.

As an American, I say to Canada and to Europe: I am on your side. I wish you well. I wish to God this wasn't the way it is. But, since it is, I am behind you all the way. And I am not alone, I assure you.

There was an article today in Hong Kong's South China Morning Post about how, under Trump, Chinese social media has discovered how broken the U.S. has become. This after decades of admiring the U.S. despite Chinese government propaganda.

Imagine that. Chinese government propaganda couldn't crack the code. But the mad grifter could. That's as impressive as bankrupting a casino.

T will get his way with immigration by simply making the United States so miserably undesirable as a destination that nobody will want to live here.

It's sad, but it's true.

The problem is that far too many of its native citizens don't want to anymore either..

Trust can be so easily lost, and difficult to regain.

By the time Trump is finished ruining the U.S, the American military will need to buy their fighter jets from the Swedes, too.

Actually, given the track record of the F-35, that time is nigh.

Who says anyone will sell them to us?

I’m an American! I’m scared, embarrassed, and pissed.

Truth and rational analysis are irrelevant.

If Americans don't stop Trump, then other countries have to, it a matter of survival. We Americans don't trust him, so we don't expect anyone with a half a brain to trust him. I was asked a question and couldn't answer it, the question was, since the DOJ is Trump's, the Supreme Court is Trump's, Impeachments didn't work, and if Trump plans to stop mid-term elections, what is the way for America to get rid of this dictator? I kept coming up with answers that wouldn't work out. Is Revolution the only route for us?

Comment requested: What will it take for nations to start selling American debt en mass?

Exactly. I emailed a message to the PMO last Saturday asking the PM to do this, with our allies. His choice.

Read back on what Dean has says about this. It would be incredibly world destabilizing. Right now, it's a cudgel we can threaten to use and even lightly swing to prove the point. You want to do that? Convert your assets into cash, now

Keep up the good work Mr Carney and our stable, reliable, European partners. Canada will always respect your borders and autonomy.

Cory Doctorow posits that America's global hold on technology (a kill switch in every device, in every software package) is now at risk of being loosened - that the compliance agreement that America forced every country to sign was based on trade, the penalty being sanctions in the form of tariffs. Now with Trump's uncontrolled tariffs, that penalty has disappeared.

Hooray! No obedience clauses. No partners to be protected. T has continued to dump on his own country. Why should he be able to “run“ places like Venezuela (and think ahead to the others he’s coveting). We don’t get to build for others and keep our economy healthy. We are so involved with spreading ourselves around the world, we can’t do anything economically at home. T has threatened NATO too many times so they’re not considering article 4. The whole thing never should have been considered except it’s T and Miller and Vought running the show. Glad on ya’, Canada (❤️) and thanks, Dean, for letting us know how it’s done! (❤️)

It takes time to manufacture new jets. One wonders how long it will take Sweden to supply Canada with a robust number of Gripens.
