The cover-up is always worse than the crime. Always.
The House Oversight Committee voted 24-19 — bipartisan — to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi to testify about the DOJ’s handling of the Epstein files. Republican Rep. Nancy Mace forced the vote, joined by Boebert, Scott Perry, Tim Burchett, and Michael Cloud. Even MAGA is done with the stall.
Here’s why: the DOJ quietly pulled tens of thousands of files offline while Bondi told Congress she’d released everything. She hadn’t. Committee investigators estimate that the 3 million released documents are only about half of what DOJ actually has. Meanwhile, in a previous hearing, Bondi redacted the names of powerful non-survivors while accidentally exposing intimate details and nude photographs of actual victims. She’s protecting the predators. Full stop.
When asked how many of Epstein’s co-conspirators she’s charged, Bondi started talking about the stock market. Mace told reporters she had better not bring those notes when she sits down for the deposition. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick — who admitted he visited Epstein’s island in 2012 after claiming he’d cut ties in 2005 — has also been called to testify.
The center of this thing keeps getting gooier. And it leads where it always leads.
5️⃣ IRAN HAS A NEW SUPREME LEADER. HE’S WORSE. MUCH WORSE.
Iran’s Assembly of Experts named Mojtaba Khamenei — the 56-year-old son of the assassinated Ayatollah — as the new Supreme Leader on Sunday. The IRGC backed him hard. The hardline factions won. The reformists lost.
Trump had publicly called him “unacceptable” and said he’d need Washington’s approval. Iran’s parliament speaker responded by calling Trump “Epstein’s gang.” That happened.
Mojtaba has spent two decades in the shadows running crackdowns on protesters, building economic empires through IRGC networks, and accumulating loyalty inside the most dangerous military force in the region. He has never given a public speech. He has no administrative record. He is, in every measurable way, more extreme and less negotiable than his father.
The “kill their leader and they fold” strategy produced a harder, angrier successor with nothing to lose. There will be no deal. The war just got longer.
4️⃣ RUSSIA AND CHINA ARE IN THIS WAR. TRUMP IS COOL WITH IT.
Russia is feeding Iran real-time satellite intelligence on the locations of American warships, aircraft, and military assets. U.S. intelligence confirmed it. Multiple outlets confirmed it. It is the first direct indication that Moscow has entered this war on Iran’s side.
Additionally, U.S. intelligence indicates China is preparing to provide Iran with financial assistance, spare parts, and missile components.
When asked about Russia helping kill American soldiers, Trump called it “a stupid question” and walked away. The White House declined to say whether Trump had spoken to Putin about it or whether Russia should face any consequences.
American troops are coming home in flag-draped caskets. Russia helped put them there. Trump says, “Stupid question.” There’s a word for that. We said it on the show.
3️⃣ TRUMP THREATENED THE UK. “WE WILL REMEMBER.”
Britain offered to help by rotating aircraft carriers. Trump responded on Truth Social: “We don’t need them any longer — But we will remember. We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won!”
Starmer had initially declined to join the opening strikes, citing international law and — explicitly — the lessons of Iraq. Trump called him “not Winston Churchill.” Then threatened him. While Russia was actively helping Iran kill American soldiers.
The kicker: the U.S. is now using British bases anyway. B-1 bombers landed at RAF Fairford. Britain is helping. Trump just can’t help himself.
“We will remember.” To a 70-year ally. While Putin gets a pass. LOL doesn’t cover it.
2️⃣ TRUMP IS COMING FOR CANADA. AND IRAN IS THE EXCUSE.
This one is personal. The Trump regime is publicly floating the idea of labelling Canada a national security threat — specifically because of the Iranian diaspora living here, including former IRGC-connected officials who sought asylum in Canada over the decades.
This pretext is being built in real time. The framing conflates a large, legitimate Iranian-Canadian community with active regime operatives — and uses it to justify “action” against Canada. Dean explained it on the show. It’s going to happen. And with this White House running its foreign policy like a gangster operation, false flags aren’t off the table.
Watch this space. This is where the Iran war meets Canadian sovereignty, and it is not hypothetical.
1️⃣ THE SAVE ACT: STEALING THE 2026 MIDTERMS BEFORE THEY HAPPEN
Trump declared Sunday he will not sign any legislation until the SAVE America Act passes — and made clear he won’t accept a watered-down version.
Here’s what this bill actually does: requires a U.S. passport or birth certificate plus photo ID just to register to vote. Bans student IDs. Ends universal mail voting in eight states and D.C. Submits all voter rolls to DHS for ongoing review — the same DHS that already tried to use DOGE operatives to comb state voter rolls for “fraud.”
Noncitizen voting is already illegal. Already rare. The bill solves nothing that exists. What it does do is knock millions of legitimate voters — disproportionately young, poor, and non-white — off the registration rolls or out of the process entirely ahead of a midterm that Trump’s party is terrified of losing.
He’s willing to hold his own government hostage — in the middle of a war, with DHS partially shut down — to pass a voter suppression bill. Schumer called it “Jim Crow 2.0.” Senate Democrats say zero votes, under any circumstances.
This IS the story. The war is the distraction. This is the game.
BIG PICTURE: Epstein cover-up. Radicalized new theocrat. Russia is feeding kill coordinates to the enemy. A President threatening Britain while protecting Putin. A plan to break up Canada. And a voter suppression bill, Trump says, supersedes everything else, including funding his own government during wartime. This isn’t chaos. It’s a consolidation. Power consolidating around impunity. The question isn’t whether it’s happening. The question is who’s going to stop it.
