Trump is said to take adderall as a stimulant. Among other things that it can do, it can cause one's bowels to evacuate, which would explain the foul smell coming from him. Apparently, Trump wears adult diapers, which he sh*ts in quite regularly. Also, he is said to have been wearing adult diapers for many years. (Maybe that's what Putin has over him?)
Walt Nauta, who served as trump's personal valet and aide, had the nickname "Wipes"; it was his job to literally wipe trump's ass and assist with diaper changes. Nauta retired in 2021 so I have no idea who is doing "wipe duty" now.

If the admin. had brought back the elected president to Venezuela and helped to restore democracy good faith could have been made.
