I think it's interesting that there have been peaceful demonstrations all over the major big cities in the US including California, but Trump sends the national guard only to the state that has one of the major presidential candidates for the democrats, Governor Newsom for 2028. It looks like Trump is basically manufacturing a conflict for political purposes. This is just grandstanding on his part and his attempt to justify violence later. Hmm, I thought the Republicans and Trump were for states rights. I attended my granddaughter’s kindergarten graduation here this morning and parents and relatives waited in line inside the gates this year—I am sure to protect us from any possible surprise and unwelcome ICE raids of children and families. During the festivities the children greeted us in several languages and that is celebrated here. All of the holidays that families celebrate are honored at this school. I just love it. Trump is trying to quash diversity. What a dim and dull man.
