Interesting that the Republicans have meetings to discuss Biden and the “cover up”, yet say nothing about Trump.

This is what Kakistocracy looks like. I think someone should be doing a course on Kakistocracy and getting the word into the world with understanding. They can call us WOKE, but they are running a Kakistocracy. We need to call it that.

Meanwhile Marci Shore, expert on Eastern European Fascism was talking at Europe Calling about LA and Trump, and she said that some Russians wrote into the NYT and said, English does not have the words that they do in Russian to describe what is going on, which hinders American's Comprehension. She discusses some words that apply to the current situation.

It is called How Far Will Trump Go? And how can he be stopped.

And 90+ Grassley is hosting an investigation into how Biden's deterioration was covered up? My God, these GOP are truly Goons On Parade - It is time> And I am so tired f the Influencers - can we just step up and claim reality. Democrats spend endless hours defending how badly they perform - and the GOP? Gimme a break.

The cabinet is not going to 25A him. Every one of those sycophants wouldn't be eligible for a job at Walmart if Trump wasn't in the big chair, and they know it. So they're not going to upset the apple cart, even if Trump ends up comatose in a hospital bed.

Furthermore: there's a long tradition of picking VPs who aren't political threats to the president. Vance is a prime example of this. Bad as Trump is, Vance stands to be an order of magnitude worse, given the agenda of his tech bro backers. Nobody in the other GOP factions wants to see them win, so they're motivated to keep Trump going as long as possible.

We're in the Weekend At Bernie's scenario now. They're going to drag his increasingly rigid corpse around for the next 3.5 years, getting some Disney folks to wire his hands so they'll do that accordion thing, and propping him upright long enough for the photo op. The only way we may know this is happening is that his makeup job could start looking a bit better when there's an actual mortuary pro doing it instead of him.

Definitely the Weekend at Bernies. He may just keel over on one of his rants when he is outside in the heat we are going to be living thru this summer. If the chef Anne Burrell can keel over in her own shower, what's to say he could not do iron one of his golf courses. Here in Florida we are already in the high 90's with feels like 110

Rumor has it that he already smells like he's dead, so that's not going to be a tip-off, no matter how hot the summer is.

True but my point was he always looks bad like he can't tolerate the heat but he continues to go out there in Florida to play golf. I won't even leave my dogs outside more than 10 minutes with shade trees due to the heat. We are approaching fry an egg on the pavement part of the year. So lets fry TACO on the pavement and see if it lives

And my point was: if he died, how could we tell? Even in Florida?

Jake Tapper! Why aren’t you reporting about Trump’s tumbling mental decline?

Here's the thing - the GOP and the dark forces behind Trump cannot remove Trump using the 25th Amendment, because it will cement in the public's mind that the mayhem and suffering caused since Trump came to power is the product of a diseased mind.

This is the one thing that could derail Project 2025.

The best they can do for damage control is to turn Trump into a martyr . . .

The options seem untenable: Trump, chaos, confusion, erratic. JD Vance, evil, extreme, focused.

His right hand looks as if there’s a bandaid over an IV puncture, which would also leave bruises, and makeup to cover both.

They would need an ekg to see if he still had a heartbeat which may be hard to get on a heartless individual!

Dean,

Per your headline --- the world should take seriously the King of Dementia-Felonia's decline, since half of America does not.

We are in amazing times when our current and last president battle their waning mental and physical abilities to present a good front, while dealing with their enduring narcissism.

The irony is that the ReTrumplicant's think a Senate committee's investigation of Biden's diminishing cognitive skills in his last years (chaired by 91-year-old Grassley (R-IA) will act as a media sideshow escape for their dear leader.

It seems that just the opposite will happen considering Dick Durban's (D-IL) recent video about Trump.

This should be interesting to see info about Biden presented by the MAGAts, then info about Trump being offered by Dems.

The latter will ensure that the illegal immigrants working the White House will be cleaning up much catsup hitting its walls.

We already have a Constitutional crisis as in no one is following the constitution. Stop downplaying it by saying maybe - WE’RE THERE and have been for months!
